In wa with the changes in the restrictions and so and so,
can l plates drive like a turbo car in general? like a wrx or like a old liberty rs turbo? Same goes for p's can they drive them? cause a few months back saw a learner's wrx? lol |

In WA there is absolutely no restrictions this is coming from the licencing centre as i phoned up before and ive got a mate who was hooning in a Twin Turbo Supra and the police just gave him a slap on the wrist
