Default Got me stumped

I bought a scooter to fix up and mess around with about a month or so ago. Having trouble finding the cause of the prob with it so thought I may as well ask here. It is a V-Moto monaco. Engine is a single cylinder 4 stroke 125.
It starts and idles but as soon as you try to give it a rev, it dies. So far I have cleaned out the carb, swapped the carb, swapped Cdi, swapped coil, new spark plug, checked valve clearances but nothing has changed.
I thought maybe it had a burnt valve or worn rings so did a compression test last night and it has 150psi which is perfect afaik. Engine came from another scooter that only had 1500 Km's on the clock.
Any ideas???

What have you done to clean out the carbie? Could be the fuel float sticking
Although swapping it should have solved that.

Took out the jets, blasted with compressed air and reassembled putting them back in the same amount of turns as it already was.

Does it have high and low fuel amounts? On the side of the carbi might be 2 screws which alter the amount of fuel when throttle is open and closed?

I only just got mine going after about a year, does it have vacuum or pressure fuel feed, usually a unit under the fuel tank with diaphragms in it, maybe a leak in the line or a small block in the fuel line only letting either just enough air or fuel to get through to idle, mine would only run on a squirt of RP7 till I sorted the fuel lines.
