Should be a simple DIY if you're so inclined.

A shovel, couple wheelbarrows of yellow sand, plank of straight wood, and your local Bunnings Warehouse.

How stuffed is the old turf? Why are you ripping it up? I.e. Can it be saved?

Thats a fair amount of turf to rip. Approx 100 sqm at 100mm thick is 10m3 which is more than you can fit in a big skip bin.

Will be bloody expensive too. Dingo / mini bobcat for the best part of a day = $500
Skip bins will be $1000 +
Few cubic metres of yellow sand $200
100 sqm of new turf (couch or kikyu) will be another $900. Buffalo will be more.
+ the bobcat guy will inevitably destroy some retic and collapse the edge of the paving.

Unless you have couch and want to go to buffalo my advice would be to fix up the existing stuff.

Post up some photos and i cang ive you some advice as to what you need to do.

Thanks

Brendon

Why use yellow sand and not special lawn mix etc?

Ever thought of going the fake lawn approach? I mean for those sizes it won't cost too much to be honest. They sell it by the roll at Masters, not sure on Bunnings, or even ring up a place, most do free quotes

As Brendon says unless you are going to change the type of lawn then just fix the old.

It is far cheaper to bring back the old if you just want the same type.

If you are going to change the type of turf ensure you spray the old 2-3 times over a 4-6 week period with roundup(glyphosate). If you don't do this the old will grow through the new.

Budget for minimum $3/roll for couch (winter/Windsor green any thing like this)
$10/roll soft leaf buffalo ( sir Walter or velvet)
