Took my HP4 into Auto Classic to get it's first service done. It's now derestricted and the fastest production road motorcycle you can buy also brought back a few extra carbon fibre goodies and installed them when I got home.

I just believe in smaller government, hence, less tax.

What made me happy was donating generously to a Big Issue seller, who obviously loved their dog. A lovely bright eyed lady in her 50s.

Then I reflected how lucky I am.

My friend, I am obviously not a politician/macro/micro economist and even so for such an answer to be made it wouldn't exactly be short.

GTBL makes a valid point with less government overhead I would also add more spending on education/and increasing the tax free threshold for low income earners.

Your efforts speak for themselves but would you think that maybe 'besides your upbringing', your parents ability to afford a decent education for you and disposable income played a part in your outlook on life/success?

Before everyone goes down the increasing an individuals/household spending opportunities can have downsides route yes its possible, and yes its impossible to put a plan in place to suite everyone.

.
I went to a public school and did not live the life of a professional son - did not complete year 12 nor any other higher education, completed a trade certificate, lived out of home by 18 and learnt at the school of life.

Rather than mess up the things that make me happy thread I am happy to agree to disagree as I would suggest we are worlds apart in opinion.
