Default Electric Gate - Anyone?

Anyone here work with electric driveway gates professionally? Mainly programming them and general troubleshooting?

I have a DEA electric gate, pictured below, and it is being a bitch lately. It has an intermittent fault. It was once working flawlessly. Sometimes it will close automatically and when commanded, other times it will stay open and "try" to close, stuttering along the way.

Here is what it looks like:

If it can be sorted successfully, handful of cartons of premium in it for you, or bottles of bourbon etc.

Cheers

Can you not obtain the manual and do the job yourself?

I own a Mhouse gate and although its not the same brand they all work pretty much in the same method.
