navman warranty claim
anybody here been successful in their navman warranty claim ? mine just died and they told me just to download the reinstall program , thought they would just give me a new one

Many years ago I was. My old one got replaced with a new model. I had to send it away under warranty though. It was arranged by the store I purchased it from.
