No drugs. Nothing for the pain. (Well atleast no one was on drugs at the time. What they do in thier own time is up to them.)

It was extremely well run as far as hygiene and stuff. Pretty rigorous with the fresh gloves at every step. Fresh sheets. Fresh swabs. Everything constantly disinfected and kept sanitary. Medical waste properly disposed of. (They would have literally had a few wheelie bins worth of medical waste after the show) Fresh sharps. And proper disposal of the used sharps. Blood clean up if it leaked anywhere.

Every person getting hooked always constantly had 3-4 people attending and assisting. Constantly blotting up any blood etc. Face masks and operating gowns and full medical gear. Honestly, they look like crazy freaks, but it was probably run more sanitary than a hospital.

The strings were always cut down and disposed of after use. The rigging equipment disinfected after each hanging. All the rigging was proper legit rigging. Nothing done dodgy in that reguard. I believe they had done proper rigging courses and such.

I dont know the legalities of it fully. But from what i understand its basically just like any other body piercing.

Just to be happy hanging there ? I don't under stand the point. Is it a competition of some kind ?

Some people just love tatts pirceings and pain threshold things .. i got a mate that keeps saying he wants to do this type thing .. he also has several 5mm silicone beads implanted in his old fella.... he was so excited when he got it done flopped it out to show everyone weather it was wanted or not.
looked like had an anvil dropped on it more then anyrhing

Some people meditate while hanging. Others see it more like an extreme sport. She just always wanted to do it. Like some kind of bucket list thing.

Im considering getting an implant on my cock. Thinking of getting a genital sub-dermal (top side of penis shaft, mid way up). Something like a little lightning bolt or a maybe a computer power button symbol. Or maybe a love heart or little star. Something like that. Dont want just the little beads, because they tend to look like somekind of STD / genital wart. And even if you get the little beads in a pattern, if they move out of pattern, then they still look wrong. Atleast a symbol implant is easily recogniseable as an actual symbol and not mistaken for a herpe.

I like the idea of a power button symbol. That way when you push it, i get turned on LOL. Also has the benifit of being a built in clit-tickler for forwards facing sex. (Already have the big frenum bar piercing below which gets the job done in doggy posistion.)

Been looking at surgical videos of insertions and stuff. Need to go speak to an artist and see whats possible and what sort of complications could arise.
