recommendations for new small car
My sister-in-law is wanting a new car (it has to be new ), but is on a tight budget. Something like $14k. She has a wreck of a car to trade-in, but doubt she'll get much for it. She's asked me for help because "I know about cars", news to me! Anyway, was hoping for some recommendations on a decent small car for under $15k, if there is such a thing. cheers

In that price bracket I'd go the Kia Rio.

Yeah plus1 for the Jizz. We had one years ago, it was miles ahead of the competition in refinement and finish.
