My sister-in-law is wanting a new car (it has to be new ), but is on a tight budget. Something like $14k. She has a wreck of a car to trade-in, but doubt she'll get much for it. She's asked me for help because "I know about cars", news to me! Anyway, was hoping for some recommendations on a decent small car for under $15k, if there is such a thing. cheers

From what I've seen at that price point, the Suzuki Celerio has received rave reviews. Maybe worth looking at?
