Someone HACKED my Playstationnetwork account.....

Playstationnetwork Account HACKED to BUY games on my VISA CARD...
I was reviewing our bank account details today and discovered that our Playstationnetwork account has been hacked and we have paid $233.10 since the 23 December (5 weeks) for someone else to get new games and subscription .. Playstationnetwork of course said that is not possible and that the games were definitely downloaded to our Playstation 3 seril number PS3.. This is a bit difficult as the PS3 has been in the corner gathering dust ever since we got the Playstation 4..
The Playstationnetwork person (Ian) was very helpful but said they could not help with refunds etc because the games had been downloaded to the console with our serial number on it and basically didn't believe me that it was not downloaded to us..I offered to send, at my expense the playstation to them so they could investigate whether the games were on it, which they are not....They said, "no can't do that because it was not possible to hack your account", I then offered to get a screen shot of the games on the machine and send that, they said "no because you may have deleted them" ... They then said there is nothing they can do and there was no point in continuing the conversation as they were very busy and it was IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to HACK a Playstation 3 account........
Anyway.... the moral of this story is....DO NOT give your bank account details to Playstationnetwork because others can hack in a spend as much money as they want... Always go to your local supermarket or where ever and buy Playstation gift cards and then use those numbers to pay for your subscriptions and games....and please.......

PASS THIS MESSAGE ON TO YOUR FRIENDS

Go directly to your bank and request a credit card charge back.

You have paid for games which were never "delivered" to your machine. And as such the seller (playstation network) can be charged back the fraudulent charges.

What Bram said 100%

Anything purchased on "Credit" can be disputed and the onus is on the seller to prove the goods/services were delivered.

I always select Credit on my Debit Mastercard, even for food and fuel, always, so I can dispute any overcharge, further charges, or fuck ups.

Talk to Spyder. He knows all about that kind of thing.
