Did you see it download and install "Windows Genuine Advantage Tool" If you didnt you may need to go there again and allow it to download a few till you see that Windows Genuine Advantage Tool download and install. This has nothing to do with why your videos arnt working. They are just saying you have gone over you maximum allowed monthly limit of downloads.

Media Player 11 sucks...


Go back to a torrent website and download the community codecs pack. That will include all the latest codecs and a copy of Media Player Classic.

Should fixup your video playing issues.


If your talking about youtube videos not working. I have that problem sometimes when my internet connection is choked by my ISP when I download too much. Just hit re-fresh and keep trying. Keep in ming that 64Kb/s for youtube will mean that videos will take a loooooong time to download.

I just usually avoid youtube altogether after I reach my download quota.

Run a HP recovery....



With out being in front of your computer, I don't think theres anymore I can suggest to help you.

Its like asking a mechaninc to tell you how to fix your car over the phone. Theres only so much advise I can give.
