Nice one Luke, was it a struggle to finish? I had this pork dish at Alt Heidleburg the other week, 1.5kg's of nothing but pork (and bone) couldn't finish it.. :( Want to redeem myself at the Hippo....

Where is Hippo Creek guys? Alt Heidelberg is one of my favourite restaurants and that Pork shank is crazy!
