Yeah i was going to do the same thing a while back i had heaps trouble trying to find someone who didnt want to charge heaps, and also most companys dont touch u unless ur an account company but the cost just made it not worth it so i bought brand new over here.
i tried
toll,
star trek express,
tnt
plus few more...

i think the cheapest quote i found was 2 to 3 hundred dollars.
and the item wasnt covered for insurance or damage either.

We send quite alot of shit from over East at work and have found TNT to be the cheapest.

Not sure if that'll still be the case with bigger items like a bumper.

find the biggest cardboard box you can to fit it in there and use Australia post courier service. They will send almost anything.

When I was getting quotes to send a set of 17in alloys over to rural QLD, not only was austpost one of the only people willing to do it, but they were the cheapest by nearly $100!
