Hi

The company I work for has given a goup of us some money (about $120 per head) to go on a team building event at some time over the next few weeks.

The only problem is that there are only 5 of us in this project group, ruling out activities that cater for larger groups, ie. paintball.

The last TB event we had was outdoor Go-Karts at Henderson, and we'd like to do something different this time.

Any ideas?

rock climbing...you can do indoor or outdoor. beautiful weather for it. outdoor adventures is the only outdoor one i know and there is an indoor climbing centre in carlisle. not expensive so when your finished you can continue your team building at the pub...

theres heaps of stuff you can do tho. just think of outdoor ed when you were at school. white water rafting, canoeing, mountain biking,

Paintballing if they annoy you is always another option!

Best team building event... Down the pub for a few beers, or even do a bbq lunch. You do far more team building in a social environment than you do when your trying not to kill yourself abseiling off a cliff etc...

Yeh i definitely agree. You'll also need a couple of sessions at least (you dont always bond with people the first time u talk to them properly!), so take a few arvo's off work and hit the nearest pub (with strippers of course!). Everyone will be much happier

Lazer games eg DarkLight etc. then some dinner and drink later. about $7.50 for 15 minutes. go in and work as a team, kill all the little kids there for a birthday party and then look at your score sheet to see who shot who from your team.
a good laugh.
