get a lawyer to write up a little letter on their letterhead, ask for $2-$3k depending what u think is appropriate. Proceed with legal action if they don't pay up.

Just saw it on Ch7 news. They zoomed in on the shot with Adam on it, and I couldn't stop laughing.

As for use..not too sure about the copywrite side of things...but u could have gotten at least a few hundred off them for the pics if you had sent it to them direct possibly.

Just give them a holla and they'll most likely give you something no doubt. They wouldn't be cunts over it.

You have automatic copyright Jan, thats Australian law. Unlike the US you are given automatic copyright to any originally created material. All you have to do is prove that you have the originals. If you put things on the web though that becomes a tad more blurry. Just ring em up and tell them you have the originals and are interested in a once off fee for them?

West Australian would probebly buy them... bet you were the only one there with an SLR?
