Heres a crazy thought about the S13 utes.

S13's are a dime a dozen, more so in Japan then, here being Japanese and all. So your a workshop in Japan trying to make a name for yourself, and you decide to do a S13 demo car.

Why? Light, RWD, popular, handle great, look great when done right, plenty of parts for them.

But every man and their dog has done a S13, so a big cage and carbon panels doesnt really do much to stand out at Autosalon, especially in Tokyo.

So heres a crazy idea, turn one into a ute. Bugger me no ones done that before, and boom, people are all over it. Others copy, and it even spreads to Australia, where one is fitted with a R34 front end and painted a shit pink.

A very easy way to stand out in a sea of S13's.
