Software questions
 

Hey guys i need the following software can anyone help me out:

A good avi/dvix to dvd program
A good Spy ware programe

Of course they have to come free or cracked

I was recently PMed about this exact question by Impresser

So i'll just copy and paste:

There is a website called [url]www.afterdawn.com[/url]. It is a website devoted specifically to Video encoding and DVD authoring including how to rip and pirate DVDs. etc...

It has a huge list of programs to download for free. I suggest you cruise this website and look for a proper AVI to DVD authoring program, that will convert your AVI files into DVD VOB files and then allow you to burn the VOB files using nero.

As for the spyware program. I use adaware. Seems to be pretty good.

convertXtoDVD... its a awesome program!

For spyware, I would use all of the following:

Adaware
Spybot Search and Destroy
Windows Defender

DivX to DVD there are heaps of solutions around, but the links posted above should be sufficient.

winavi, will practically convert everything to anything :)

spyware programs in general are as about as useful as a dead horse. Half of them contain spyware/adware themselves.

I Dunno... dead horses can be pretty useful.

you can make glue, leather, violin bows, pet food, Aussie Meat Pies, Coles/Woolies $2/kg BBQ Sausages... etc...

I use spyware doctor here.

As for dvix to DVD I just use Nero vision express (part of Nero). Lets you choose different backdrops & icons for the menu.. and nice & easy to use.

With spyware you need to use a combination of programs:

1. Scan with Adaware
2. Scan with Spybot
3. Restart in safe mode
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2
5. Restart computer normally
6. Scan with Hijack this

Then your system will be clean :)
