where do i go to buy drivers side seat belt strap for a 98 festiva as its badly fraying
from ford or wrecker ?

Ford or perhaps a Clippan after market seat belt.

Wreckers are not allowed to sell used seat belts - you may get one through a private car wrecker though.

I wouldnt buy a belt from the wrecker.

Its more than likely damaged also because its old or worn the same as yours, or because the car is 'wrecked' it was probably in an accident.
