This is where the logo's will be positioned. This is for position reference only. The Apparel will be as above.

The logo's are all embroidered.

Copy and Paste this then fill out the details and email it to me.

- Your Username
- Your Style/Design
- How many you have ordered
- Colour of each
- How much you transferred with your transfer receipt number.




Option 3: Cash

I will accept cash payments to be made to me at my place of work WIP Print 18 Southport St, Leederville. Please arrange a time with me first though.

Step 4 - Check your order!

I will paste up a spreadsheet with everyones orders, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT!

I make mistakes!!!! So please make sure you check the spreadsheet each time it’s updated to ensure I have your details correct! There will be NO refunds once ordered as you will have had ample time to make any corrections so make sure you get everything correct. Make sure you check again on the 11th December as the list should be close to being finalized.

If your order is wrong on this list then it will be wrong when you receive it, there is nothing I can do if it's wrong on this list so please make sure you check carefully!


**Disclaimer: If for some reason the suppliers don't have stock when the order is placed then the closest alternative will be ordered.

The orders will take a few weeks from the cut off date, being this time of the year though they may take longer but I will keep you updated.
