Are you making money out of your photos?

You seem to be spending a hell of a lot on the equipment!! Not sure I'd be able to do the same if it was just a hobby....

(Haha, stupid comment - look at our cars, they dont make money)

Sorry its a sigma 17-70 F2,8 i wanted the canon l series. but it just didnt have quite as much reach. but it was also the fstop lower to 2.8 i wanted. and was a fair bit cheaper. The bag i have just out grown my current ones.

Nope not making any money. maybe one day, not overly worried, im just having fun and enjoying learning about photography. I figured even if it goes no where i will at least be able to take photos of my own kids when i ever have any and they will be half decent. lol

Though im trying to do different things and getting out there a bit and who knows what will come of it one day might get better im more into portrait kinda work which is what im trying for.

my uncle this is his business so i should be spending more time with him and his side kick just dont get the time. www.fisherstudio.com.au

You uncle takes good photos!

Thats a photo of you in the wolfenstein t-shirt under the "creative portraits" slide show isnt it, cmon fess up!

I have only made back about 25% of what I have spent on this hobby but hoping that will change when I start actually sniffing around for work. My 9-5, renovating and the odd website on the side keeps me pretty busy. There is more expensive hobbies to have jan, ask ben cousins!
