He's gottabe using a pencil board type thing to do the outlines... but the shading is awesome, cant think of anyway to cheat doing that.. maybe the pros could enlighten me...

The last 3 there are done with photoshop.

the accuracy of the scale and shading is good

but the over all look and feel isnt imo.

id say he's probably tracing images that he's printed out with a tablet. and is otherwise not a skilled artist - looking through is portfolio its mostly average.
