Does anyone have or used one? Thoughts, opinions - good or bad experiences?

Cheers,

the previous s**is wer pretty nice cameras, they are fairly quick for sports shooting and versatile for panaramic stuff as well

havnt had mutch hands on with the new one yet but it looks neat =)

a competitor for it would have to be the H10 sony

I got this camera a couple of weeks ago, have not used it much yet but seems to take good photos. The zoom is also good!!

cheers

Cool thanks guys. It's basically exactly what I need so I just wanted to chase some first hand experience from you's all - cheers.

BTW - if anyone's interested in this camera - Camera House in Parramatta NSW is doing it for $539 online ($649rrp).

I have one, brought it a year ago for a trip away. Battery life is excellent as are most of the features. We've used the panaramic function with Canon Stitch on the PC and it comes out excellent. Using a tripod would get awesome results. As said zoom is awesome and the resolution is fantastic for my needs.

Just get a heap of memory and you're away

Cool, d'ya reckon 4GB is enough? Also, I thought the SX10 IS only came out last month?

4GB should be plenty, depends how much you use I suppose.

The numbers/letters all sound the same when you read it quick. It's similar to SX10 IS at any rate
