Not sure if it's across the board but at least all the L series lenses are going up by around $500 after 15th of december...cameras might go up as well, im not sure. It's due to the dollar being so low, not sure about nikon but im guessing they wont be too far off

Haha nah, worked out cheaper from DR. Had a few discount vouchers so I used them up to get the 17 - 85.

The mrs wants to get into it. It'll end up becoming a backup camera so yeah, 40D > 450D Wasn't much between them either, only about $400.
