For those that are interested in hard cases to protect your gear, Bunnings have these going for $69.

Apparently they were going for $99 and there are only a few in each store, but they are allegedly getting a butt load in close to Father's Day - early September for those who suddenly remembered they have to buy something for the man that helped spawn them :-)

I picked one up in the Subiaco store, but Balcatta and Innaloo stores were all out. I'm told there is a thread over on whingepool (sorry, whirlpool ...) of people going ape looking for these things.

far out thats fucking cheap haha might pick one up tomorow, dont think they will be as good as a pelican case but cant expect it for the price! I think I recall seeing these last week there but never crossed my mind they were imitation pelicans haha.

Looks pretty decent. Do you know if they come with the high density foam like the pelican / storm cases?
