Photo Batch Software
Howdy All,
I want to put a black border around all my photo's with a signature in the bottom corner. I've found a couple of freeware apps that will do batch signatures, but the only border program doesn't do batch processing! Suggestions please :) Cheers, Troy |
Create the border and signature/text in Photoshop, and record your steps in an "action"
Then use Photoshop's batch function to run the action on all photos in a specific photo. Easy. http://www.photoshopsupport.com/tutorials/tt/actions-mov.html |
YEp as above.
only thing i found where it didnt work was if photos were different sizes. |
+lots for Photoshop
Alternatively setting the signature as a smart object may negate many of the problems with various document sizes. The initial border action can just be created with 'relative' document size and then should be a way to place the signature smart object into document. I have seen a tutorial on that somewhere....but my mind is a bit vague at moment. I'l see if I can dredge it up :) |
Had issues downloading the photoshop trial last night so gave up and kept looking. Finally stumbled across IrfanView which is a completely free photo editing app. It also does batch processing of a mass of things including adding black borders and putting in water marks.
Cheers all for the suggestions :) |
Download a copy of adobe master collection so you'll have all avaliable apps at your disposal.
