I was only discussing with Jase last week what lens i should use as a walk-around. My lenses are limited to a Canon EF 50mm F1.8 and a Signma 10-20mm which just isn't enough.

Yeah definitely agree with you Jason, I've heard all sorts of horror stories about the 24-105; with the ribbons extruding out of the lens housing during rapid zooming.

What are you thinking of replacing it with? Another DSLR or make live simpler and go for an EVIL?

I wish it went lower than 24.. I love my Sigma 17-70 2.8-4.5

Well tempted by the Nikon crew but im still some time away from purchasing so I will see what the best buy is when its time. Still love my Canon's.
