Have seen window motors jam up if not used often...

Have seen window motors jam up if not used often enough, give the door trim a good thump with your hand and see if it works afterwards, if it does id say that's your problem

It sounds like you need to use the rear switchs...

It sounds like you need to use the rear switchs from time to time. But the rear ones at the back doors, not the switch for the rears thats at the main switch.

The window circuit for all...
