Jim and Jarrod Hall have a Vortex each. I think Jim's has less than 60k on the clock

Excuse my lack of fluency in Japanese, but all I can read is 1.8 OHC. What running gear is in this?

EA-82, sometimes EA-82T (turbo)

its an overhead cam motor, running a peak of around 7-8psi.

the 5 speed manual gearbox is largely identicle to what they used in the WRX.
