House is a 1920 Cali bungalo which has been renovated. The house is 1 min from woodridge pub, 1min from east Guildford trainstation and 5 mins from the shops.
House is. 3x1x5 ( lots of room for cars )
Pets are welcome, just no cats or large aggressive dogs.
There is two rooms to choose from, both are a great size, and one has new carpet.
Rent will be $150 pw which will include everything. And a $400 bond which you will get back when you decide to Leave.
