Selling the STi as I'm keen to move into the property market for higher returns on money spent, then come back to cars later :) Reluctant sale, as I do love this car!

This car is so fun to drive, it goes hard, and handles so smoothly.
Did a 12.81 @ 105mph on the 1/4 with the stock clutch, at about 95,000kms.
It's only ever been down the 1/4 three times (13.5, 13.1, 12.81).

I bought the car in February, at 85,000kms, serviced it twice. Once at Melville Subaru (90,000), and 100,000kms at ASG.
Stock clutch was replaced at 100,000kms with Exedy Heavy Duty, by ASG.

Odometer: ~102,000kms

UniChip piggyback ECU tuned to ~240bhp @ 19psi.
Auto-Intercooler-Water-Spray past 15psi.
3-Inch Turbo Back Stainless Steel Exhaust, custom tip and muffler.
Exedy Heavy Duty Clutch.

Suspension:
Lovell's Lowered Springs.

Exterior:
Vented Carbon-Fibre Bonnet.
Powercoated STi Wheels (Gunmetal).

Lighting:
8000k HID Low Beam.
8000k HID High Beam.
White LED parking lights.

Interior:
3 DEFI Gauges (Black Series), mounted mid-dash, Oil Temp, Oil Pressure, Boost Pressure.
