Just thought I'd put the feelers out.. I've owned it since brand new in July 2002 and its evolved over the years.. its almost where I'd like to get it and I believe it could be time to move on. Reason for sale is because I'm looking at putting some money aside for a Porsche. It's in spectacular condition for an almost 9 year old car, bar a few chips on the bonnet and bumper, and a blemish on the front lip. These are cheaply repairable if you so wish. The car has evolved in a number of ways over the years, taking on many different looks and engine configurations. I personally believe the way it is now is the best its looked.. simple and tidy. It's been in my hands since new.. its never had a respray and never been in an accident. I recently got some pin dents removed, so its about as straight as you'll find any WRX for sale. It's done around 56,000km, and only about 12,000km on the EJ207. As you can imagine, it goes well, stops well, handles well and is comfortable and VERY driveable, even with all of the modifications.. I've always aimed to make it a car that puts out power, looks great and handles well, yet can be driven to work or the shops if need be, without compromise. The car is located in Perth but I will accomodate interstate buyers i.e. can transport car for inspection at a local workshop, more detailed photos can be taken. OK I've now put a price point in the original post.
Please note that the price I'm chasing reflects: - The condition of the vehicle. - The work done to the vehicle.. and yes, I am aware you can't recover how much you've spent on mods, but the price increase over a base low km MY02 is minimal compared to what has been spent. - What other examples of similarly modified cars have gone for around the country. This was important as there are many more comparables in NSW and Victoria than over here in WA. I'm NOT desparate to sell, as I'll just keep the car and further modify if there is no interest, but have advertised on a number of mediums just to gauge what sort of interest is out there. Well well.. Its now for sale again.
Obviously with A LOT more gear on it than before. I will update the thread once I get around to listing everything. Reason for sale? Time to start saving for a Porsche turbo. I will consider offers over 25k. Car has extensive spare parts and performance parts package which cam be negotiated in or out of the price. |
