As I'm buying a new STi and have my plumbing van, I'm looking at selling my GC8 as I no longer have room to keep it at home, nor the time to drive it. I'm the second owner of this car, this is purely an expression of intrest though.

Also, there is nothing owing on the car. I paid cash for this when I bought it.

I will now take 12k as I got a yellow sticker on it for an 'oil leak' a few weeks ago by a cop who was on a ego trip. Couldn't do me for anything so the old 'oil leak' was the defect. Anyway, because the car is in my garage and I don't really drive it, I got a letter saying I have to hand the plates in as it's been 4 weeks since I receieved the yellow and haven't had an inspection therefore it's UNREGISTERED. It WILL have to go over the pits and be registered. This is $87.00 + registration. I registered it in Jan 2010 and passed the pits last year first time. Is there anyone at all interested? I've had a few people keen, and a few time wasters.

Mate wont be worth much at all unregistered.

Yeah I was keen, but don't want the hassle of the licensing process, I thought it just had a yellow to get removed. But if it's a whole new rego, as a re-reg it's usually done with more scrutiny.

I'll try get it licensed then. It will have no problems getting over the pits, just going to put me further behind with work.

Jason, def get it licensed. It will be a bitch to sell for any sort of money without rego!
