The time has come to say bye to the RS, this car has been fantastic for its age and kilometres, I have been driving it daily for 2 and a half years and it has never let me down. I love this car and im sad to see it go.I purchased it from another member here, its affectionately known as "the black slut" amongst some circles. Details:

1992 RS Liberty Turbo, Australian delivered.
325,500kms

Mechanical:

Original engine and turbo, Subaru recall completed at approx 90,000 kms.
3 inch TBE
Lowered on lovells springs and koni shocks
WRX gearbox
HD clutch
V2 sti ecu
Stock water to air intercooler
Bosch coil conversion
Turbosmart V port BOV
K&N filter in guard, stock airbox setup removed
Turbosmart dual stage boost controller, set at 10/15 psi, in cabin switch
New aluminium radiator installed by RMS around 2 years ago
Battery around 6 months old
WRX starter motor and alternator

Cosmetic:

2001 WRX 17 inch rims, repaired and resprayed by Alliance in gold at a cost of $800
99 WRX seats, red/black trim
Midnight express window tint
Stock Momo wheel
05 WRX gearknob
Rear wing removed (still have it)
Side and rear skirts sourced, sprayed and fitted (these werent on the car when i got it)
Alpine Type S splits in the front, Type R in the back, V12 amp and Kicker sub.

Price: $5000.00

Price is fairly firm considering i paid more than this and have spent a fair bit on it too, however i still have the stock rims, seats and ecu which could be refitted if purchaser wishes and obviously this will lower the price.

Tyres are good, battery is almost new, car has been driven every day up until 2 weeks ago, rego till May. As one would expect for a car this age, its seen its fair share of action, the heater core is currently disconnected, the sunroof is not operating at the moment but it has been intermittent during my ownership, and the paint on the bonnet is starting to crack.

I hope the new owner has as much fun in the B.S. as I did when I owned it (briefly)

Did the Great Ocean Road and a 'tour' of Tasmania in summer with the sunroof open smashing in 1.1 bar of boost.:D

Had this been for sale a week beforehand.. well yeah. Good to see it went to a good home.

ha sorry tj man, was actually gonna hang onto it but circumstances... yea he seems pretty happy so all good.
