MY08 - 10 STI Models had ongoing issues with ringland failure on factory engines which resulted in a factory recall and retune together with an automatic 2 year warranty extension. After 2 warranty claims for replacement shortblocks, I became tired of the problem and fixed it properly myself once and for all.
