Sure - the car is both expensive and cheap depending on how you look at it.
Cheap if you compare it to a Targa prepped GT2, Lambo, etc.
Expensive if you compare it to Glenney's Targa Tassie...

Doubt it - the GTR has to comply with M1 Targa Regulations which permit very limited modifications.
Considering IMG is advertising road registered GTR's for $175k, then that's a lot to ask for a...
