Redline is a bit more then $160 i think. I recently bought some and you have to by 2 bottles, 1 large one, 1 small one...

Synchromesh is the type of gear selecting used by the gearbox as opposed to a dog engagement setup. It can be replaced, not so much as 'fixed'.
