There is no adapter on the filter end. You might need to get one to go between the afm and the intake pipe. If you actually read the ebay ad it does say it fits directly onto the Z32 afm...

exactly the same setup on my car, with the apexi....

exactly the same setup on my car, with the apexi. small adaptor to the intake pipe from the afm, cut the old afm wires and solder in the new ones, then change your power fc to read z32afm and get...
