Subaru 5 speeds arent something to shift quickly! I would retrain your driving to avoid it! Damage is most likely done.

I agree with that! However i dont agree to seeing aprentices take modified cars for "test drives". That should be done by a senior tech always! Someone who knows you dont need to smoke it up to check...
