You only need to get a "retune" if you have changed something, ie. exhaust, turbo, intake, intercooler etc...

Agreed. Dont bother with twinscroll. Just get a tune on your car. Easy 200kw at the wheels. Lag is just something you have to deal with. But boost is worth waiting for.
