Our oven used to run around 250C, sometimes 300C depending on the weather etc. Having said that the ovens temps will vary depending where you go to do your powdercoating.

Well I'm not a chemical engineer mate, I've got no idea what kind of metals are used to make those rims, what the melting point is etc. Even if the melting point was a lot higher than 250C it doesn’t...

I've done 2 years of powdercoating at Capral Aluminium back in my uni days and the metal has to go thru 200-250C oven (round 10 min in there) therefore check what ur rims are made...
