Just an update, put the redline lightweight...
Just an update, put the redline lightweight shockproof in there on the 13th, hasn't had any issues since. A bit stiff in the mornings when it is cold, but no more crunches. $200 is a great deal...

Cheers balistic, unfortunately I'm out of warranty, but that sounds a bit nasty. Are they just really weak? And if I do pull it, anything I should consider for a bit more strength?
