Neither actually, although it has the same MLC SandForce SF-1500 controller as the Vertex 2s I believe. Performance is more or less identical (better and worse) with the Vertex 2 from what I've seen....

OCZ Vertex LE (Limited Edition) 240GB SSD. Still wrapped in plastic, only have it as OCZ stuffed up my order and sent me the wrong ssd.
