For individual shows eztv.it is pretty good or if you want full series downloads Kat.pH

Utorrent is a good place to start for download programs.

Personally I use flexget and transmission but these are a little more complex to set up.

Find mates (if you have any?) with media servers full of TV shows = profit!

Piratebay and ISOhunt are two public torrent trackers to get you started. uTorrent is the client of choice.

Homicide : Life on the streets for fans of The Wire. Came before The Wire and as long as you can stand the jumpy edits and odd camera angles it is fantastic. Brimstone is also good for fans of Supernatural. Only 13 episodes long though.

Been of sick the last couple of days, I highly recommend Banshee if you haven't already watched it. Good storyline, plenty of blood and gore, a good amount of mystery to it and of course there's tits and attractive women in every episode.
