I fitted the 05 STI Intercooler onto a Version 6 STI Engine. The car is a 99 WRX. Fit like a glove. Yet to fit engine but i'm less than a week away from dropping it in. I'll find out then if it clears my strut brace and clutch resovoir. I've chopped the res, and looks like everything will fit fine.

All done buddy, It's not really that hard. If you get the original brackets it would make life alot easier. The job took me 1 hour. The hardest part was doing the research and finding the little bits and pieces i needed. The GD bracket helped. Let me know if you need any help.
