LOL dude you want to crack 300hp yeah?

You have alot more chance of cracking it with a fmic over a tmic!

P.S vf23 also has p20 housing

Adz 07-12-2009 07:43 PM

TMIC wont be that restrictive at that sort of hp - wont matter.

Save for gear-set.

spec c tmic and 34/20 with boost should go 225+kws's on U98.

@ 19psi the plastic fantastic went 210 without breaking a sweat.

do i dare, give it an E85 tune to smash 240kws

I think there is an ointment for that, clear it right up in a few weeks.

I know. Hence why I said gear set, not gear box.
I thinking more along the lines of if you buy that puck clutch. PPG's aren't unbreakable.

Elrico 07-12-2009 10:35 PM

Nothing is unbreakable. It depends how much mechanical sympathy you give it and remember, no matter how much you spend there is always something that has to eventually give.

blue.spec 07-12-2009 11:36 PM

ive been running a puk clutch for almost 1 year now so for those that keep talking shit about needing to replace a ppg gearset thats bulshit. i have no complaints this far and i would put another 1 back in again
