Looking for a new rental in the next few months, probably moving in March/April depending on how the current landlord goes with getting building approval and knocking down the place we are in now. Need a place with at least a 1 car garage but prefer room for 2 or more cars under cover. Anywhere within about 30 minutes from welshpool/osborne park would be nice.

Anyone got anything coming up or have a friend with something similar?

Well, I'm guessing this will include me as well since we are already living in the same house..... But can never be too sure.

Reason I ask is because I know of a rental in North Perth but its pricey.. hence why i ask what each individual is willing to pay.

I have a unit in Armadale which is a 4x2 i think and it is in a complex with other units, it will be coming up for renewal in April. It has a garage for 2 cars an alarm system and has airconditioning.
I think it is rented at the moment for $300 per week.
