Housemate Wanted
 

Oh hai guyz

So my current housemate is moving out on her own so I need to get someone else in to take over her end of the house.

House is a 3 x 1 in Kingsley, free internet for all your PWrxing needs, fully furnished, but admittedly large enough for nearly anything else you choose to bring along with you, bar a bouncy castle, but if you had a bouncy castle it would be a plus. Basically as it's always been, the two rooms not occupied aren't huge but you can fit a double or queen bed in, and because of that you would get both rooms to do as you choose with them. Close to Greenwood train station, off road parking, some undercover parking and also some behind gate parking if organised strategically.

$150 pw plus bills. Must be gainfully employed, and don't mind students as I'm one myself.
