With the money you save on the high km 2004 you could put towards an engine rebuild( if the motor lets go), suspension mods and reliability parts

Yes rac inspection is around 100 dollars. I would recommend getting maximum motor sport or stechnic to have a lOok at it

I would strongly recommend against a RAC inspection.

I doubt that they would do much more than you can do yourself.

Take it to a Subaru specialist, or if you need a mobile inspection call Jim Hall (Blue Star)
