I'm looking for a new housemate as my current housemate is moving in with his gf.
House is in Victoria Park and is a 3x2.5 free standing house with double remote lockup garage.

Its a modern style house with ample space for your furniture/storage requirements.

Downstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge/tv area, mess/washroom, guest WC, and storage. Has a mostly paved backyard that requires zero maintenance, reticulation takes care of keeping the plants happy.

Upstairs has another lounge area and plenty more space to play with. All rooms has BIRs and are quite large(fits kings/queens including bedsides easily, without feeling cramped). You would also get your our own bathrooms.
House has reverse cycle ducted A/C.

It's in a great location, 4mins walk to the train station which makes it really easy to get to work, and a 2mins walk to the swimming pool/leisure center. If you work in the city, you get into the cbd in less than 10mins of stepping out of your front door. The Vic Park/East Vic Park café strip is within meters.

Garage has plenty space for your car, your bike, and your tools. It's a safe spot for your STi/Wrx or whatever it is you drive.

House is 615/week which divided by two is 307.50 per week each. You will go on the lease and it will be equally your house as its mine.

Its available to move in towards the end of May but can be arranged to move in earlier for the right person.
