Default Wanted: larger injectors to suit 99/00 wrx

My stock 440cc injectors are maxed out, so i need to upgrade fuel system.

I'm looking for larger side feed injectors or conversion kit to top feed.

cheers

I will have some 550's from my 08 Sti available in a week if you are not in a hurry. Top feed obviously. Done about 60k Kms.

really need side feed injectors and i'm thinking 550's would be too small anyways.

My engine has just been rebuild to 2.1L running vf34 turbo. My injectors are maxxed out and turbo getting close, So bigger injectors and probably bigger turbo is needed

But thanks for the reply.

Have got brand new Five0 Motorsport 1000cc phase 2 (suit late GC8) side feeds available, they come with their flow data reports and everything I received when I bought them. Never used them and I want to use a different setup now. Would let them go for $600, they're about $730 AUD new (inc. postage) with the current exchange rate.

1000cc Side-Feed Subaru Impreza, WRX Fuel Injectors - Import Fuel Injectors - Custom Milled High Performance Impreza WRX and Mazda RX7 Siemens Injectors - 11083-1000cc 1000cc Side-Feed Subaru Impreza, WRX Fuel Injectors

Might be interested dude. Would the engine have idle problems with 1000cc injectors?

I would not have a clue unfortunately, would come down to what your tuner would be able to do with them and the rest of the setup.

I'm running 1000cc on a 2.1 stroker with no idle issues, but I'd still say it comes down a bit to tuner.

Would recommend 1000's if you are going bigger snail to have the extra headroom.

Tuner will ensure no idling issues. I'm running ID1000's on an unopened 207, I'm sure you won't have any issues on a built 2.1L

Modern 1000's are able to idle anything down to about 150cc per cylinder capacity. ID and five O have a great rep. I would still be hesitant about DW injectors.

I think technology has moved on and so now 1400-1500 is the new go-to injector for our engines.
